Cancelling before dispatch

Every order on usvalo.com is a pre-order until it ships. You can cancel at any time before dispatch, for any reason, by emailing hello@usvalo.com with your order number. We refund in full to your original payment method within 14 days.

Changing your mind after delivery

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. You then have 14 days to send it back to the address we give you. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you showing us proof of postage, whichever comes first.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty. A bottle that has been used may be refunded at a reduced amount to reflect its reduced value, so if you are unsure about the scent, spray it once, decide, and let us know.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise not as described, email hello@usvalo.com within 30 days with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any delivery charge, and we will cover the return postage.
