Who we are

Üsvalo is a trading name of Üsvalo Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17181744, registered office 5 Greet Park Close, Southwell, Nottinghamshire NG25 0EE. You can reach us at hello@usvalo.com. These terms apply to every order placed at usvalo.com.

Pre-orders

Üsvalo is in production for the first time. Orders placed on usvalo.com are pre-orders from the first batch of 500 bottles. When you place a pre-order you are paying in full now for goods that will be dispatched later. The expected dispatch date is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation, and at the time of writing it is November 2026.

If the dispatch date changes, we will email you at the address on your order before the new date takes effect, tell you the new date, and remind you that you can cancel for a full refund if the new date does not suit you. We will not dispatch more than 30 days after the date we have told you without your agreement; if we cannot, we will refund you in full.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, by emailing hello@usvalo.com with your order number. We will refund you in full to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your cancellation.

Your right to change your mind after delivery

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. This right sits alongside, not instead of, your cancellation right above. Details are in our Refund policy.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email, and a contract exists from that point. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because the first batch is fully allocated, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout and in our Delivery policy. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through Shopify Payments or the other methods shown at checkout. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

The product

Üsvalo is a ready-to-use multi-surface cleaner supplied in a 500ml bottle with a trigger spray. Read and follow the directions and safety information on the label. Keep out of reach of children. Always test on a small inconspicuous area and only proceed when completely satisfied with the results.

Faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days at hello@usvalo.com with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss arising from use of the product other than as directed on the label. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
