United Kingdom only at present.

When we deliver

Orders placed now are pre-orders from the first batch. Expected dispatch is November 2026, as stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. We will email you when the bottles are filled and again when your order is dispatched, with tracking. If the dispatch date moves we will tell you before it does.

Delivery charges

The Pair (two 500ml bottles): free UK delivery.

Single bottle: free UK delivery until 5 October 2026 as an introductory offer, and £4.95 after that.

How we deliver

Tracked service. Delivery is usually within two to three working days of dispatch. Bottles are packed upright in a kraft mailer with the trigger fitted and protected.

Problems

If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of the dispatch email, or arrives damaged, email hello@usvalo.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
